Chicken Gyro



Ingredients:

For the Kabobs:

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Green or Red Peppers
Red Onion
Greek Marinade: olive oil, lemon juice, greek seasoning, garlic

Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces, skewer with onions and peppers, coat with marinade and let sit for at least an hour

For the Gyro:

Whole Wheat Pita
Tomatoes (sliced)
Tzatziki Sauce from AllRecipes (use NonFat Greek Yogurt)

Grill chicken skewers.  Warm pita on fry pan.  Fill with chicken, peppers, onion, tomato and top with a drizzle of Tzatziki sauce.
