Pizzeria Limone Caprese Pizza (Copycat)
Inspiration: http://www.abrightandbeautifullife.com/caprese-pizza/
Ingredients:
Dough
Olive Oil
Garlic Salt
Bel Gioso Asiago, Romano, Parmesan Salad Blend
Grated fresh parmesan
String Cheese, cut into 1/4 inch slices
Red onions
Fresh Basil
Fresh Garden Tomatoes
Salt
Balsamic Glaze
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Start Glaze boiling on the stove top
Make dough according to recipe, but do not let it rise. When kneading is done, divide dough into fourths. Spray four pieces of parchment paper and spread each crust out with your hands until as thin as possible. Brush olive oil onto crust and sprinkle entire crust with garlic salt. Add cheeses, not too much, just a handful of each type and 1 string cheese per pizza. Top with onions
Put pizza, on parchment paper, right onto oven rack. Bake 6 minutes.
Add tomatoes, basil and drizzle with Balsamic Glaze

Greek Pizza
This one is a "go-to" and I mix and match the ingredients:
Artichoke Hearts
Tomatoes
Olives
Red Onion
Bell Pepper
Mozarella Cheese (shredded)
Fat Free Ranch Dressing
Whole Wheat Pita
Spread 1 - 2 Tablespoons of the ranch dressing on the pita then top with the remaining ingredients and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 400 degrees until the pita looks crisp (very technical, I know).
